Breakfast pesto butter beans
1x tin of butter beans
Knob of butter
Splash of olive oil
Handful of Parmesan
2x tblsp of green pesto
1x egg

On a low heat add the butter, the beans and the oil. Put the Lid on and simmer for 20mins.

Toast the bread and fry the egg.

Lid off the beans and add the Parmesan and the pesto.

Turn the heat up slightly and let any excess liquid burn off.

Now assemble.
