Pesto wrap hack
1/2 Mozzarella
2 x Tablespoons of Mayonnaise
1 x Tablespoons of Green pesto
1 x Tablespoons Spicy red pesto
1 x Tomato
Leftover cooked chicken
2 x White wraps

Slice up your mozzarella and tomato.

Pull your chicken and separate into two separate bowls.

Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise to each bowl and a tablespoon of green pesto to one and red pesto to the other.

Mix well.

Make one cut with a knife to your wrap by cutting down from the middle to the edge.

Assemble your wrap by putting a different filling on each water of the wrap.

Fold up your wrap so it looks like a big layered triangle.

Fry in a knob of butter in a pan on a low heat and place each wrap into the pan. Fry on both sides to melt the cheese and also seal it shut.

TIPS: Fry it on a low heat, let it take its time, you want the filling to go soft and warm so it’s essential in order to do this. YOU HAVE TO USE BOTH PESTO’S
